About Us

Who We Are.

We are a Veteran owned and operated, small batch distillery based out of Southwestern Ontario.

Ironside Distilling was founded by Miranda Mazur, a Army Veteran who served nearly 13 years. As Miranda worked within, and alongside Armoured Regiments for most of her military career, she wanted to pay homage to her military roots within the distillery.

The inspiration for the spirits come from all aspects of life, a military past, and the desire to create new and exciting spirits. With the many traditions within the military involving various spirits and toasts, we wanted a way to honour those traditions, while making new and innovative craft spirits for everyone to enjoy. Ironside Distilling Ltd. strives to combine these elements, while supporting local wherever possible.
